Surendra Sunkari joined NREL in 2014 as high-performance computing (HPC) engineer. Prior to this, he worked as a Linux middleware engineer at Frederick National Labs for Cancer Research. He currently serves as the technical lead for the ESIF-3 project, which will replace the Eagle HPC System.
