Sophie is a researcher in the National Wind Technology Center, where her work primarily focuses on wind energy stakeholder engagement and outreach. She is interested in the effects of state and local regulatory frameworks and social acceptance on the deployment of renewables, as well as how engagement processes can facilitate a just and sustainable energy transition.
