Shaham Quadir joined NREL as postdoctoral researcher in 2023. She is working on chalcogenide-based semiconductor materials both for photovoltaics and perfect electric conductor applications. Before joining NREL, she worked as a postdoc at National Taiwan University, where she worked on synthesizing solar cell devices and 2D materials. Her doctoral work was based on thin-film growth, device fabrication, and defect characterization for inorganic solar cells.
