
Rory McIlmoil is a member of the Grid Operations Planning Group within NREL's Grid Planning and Analysis Center. Prior to joining NREL, Rory’s professional experience has focused on energy and economic analysis, energy efficiency financing, low-income rates and energy affordability programs, state and local clean energy planning, utility ratemaking and business models, rate structures (including compensation for distributed generation) and regulatory reform.
