Pieter Gagnon is a member of the Capacity Expansion & Electricity Markets Group in the Grid Planning and Analysis Center. He leads the Cambium project, which produces an annual data set of forward-looking emissions, cost, and operational metrics for the U.S. electric sector over a range of possible futures.
