Brinn’s is a member of the BREEZE team at the NWTC specializing in workforce and economic development for both land-based and offshore wind, and policy evaluation of hybrid power plants. Her work supports the wind workforce team through workforce forecasting and sensitivity analysis using systems dynamics modeling, stakeholder engagement activities, and assessment of workforce development and education programs.
