Employee Resource Groups
NREL's employee resource groups are organized to ensure that staff feel connected through shared characteristics or life experiences.
NREL has eight employee resource groups that represent our diverse and growing staff. These groups are focused on professional development, mentorship, socializing, personal support, and more. They host speakers and events, connect with community groups, share resources, and create safe spaces. Please contact our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office with questions and to learn more.
