Decision Support

NREL provides decision support to help states, local jurisdictions, Tribal governments, territories, islands, rural communities, remote areas, and other communities and partners identify and implement energy solutions.

NREL works with government entities and other organizations to establish long-term energy visions and successfully implement secure, affordable, and resilient energy solutions. NREL can help with market analysis, disaster resilience and recovery, cost-saving strategies, cybersecurity, strategic planning and energy management, requests for proposals and performance contracting, and training and workshops.
