MExtremes
MExtremes (pronounced em-extremes) is a set of MATLAB® scripts that generate extreme-event tables for one or more time series.
Although we developed MExtremes to process wind turbine test or simulation data, it may also be useful for other types of data.
MExtremes generates the same tables as Crunch and MCrunch, but only one time series needs to reside in memory at once, so it uses far less memory. It should be much faster than MCrunch when processing many files. Unlike Crunch and MCrunch, you can process an entire loads suite in a single job.
