PolyID: Polymer Inverse Design

PolyID™ is a framework for building, training, and predicting polymer properties using
graph neural networks. The code leverages Neural Fingerprint for building TensorFlow-based
message-passing neural networks and Monomers to Polymers for building polymer structures.
