ORBIT: Offshore Renewables Balance of System and Installation Tool

ORBIT simulates balance-of-system and installation processes for offshore wind plants. It is used to study the effects of weather delays on offshore vessel logistics and for medium-fidelity trade-off studies for offshore technologies.
