OpenStudio Energy Rating Index Workflow

This tool calculates an energy rating index via an OpenStudio/EnergyPlus-based workflow. Building information is provided through an HPXML file. Third-party, private sector software tools can connect to this open-source software workflow from their user interface to provide residential energy ratings.
