Arron Gregory serves as the head of People Experience and Culture, where he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and workplace effectiveness.

His work centers on building high-performing teams by aligning people strategies with NREL's mission, vision, and values.

As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, research, and operational teams, Gregory plays a critical role in enabling a culture that fosters psychological safety, resilience, and continuous improvement. He partners across the lab to shape employee experience strategies, cultivate talent pipelines, and drive leadership efforts that support NREL's mission to lead a secure energy future.

At NREL, he supports employee engagement and cross-functional efforts that promote employee well-being, resilience, and growth. He is a key contributor to strategic conversations around workforce readiness, innovation, and the fair integration of emerging technologies across the employee lifecycle.

Gregory brings deep expertise in change management, organizational culture design, and employee performance systems. He is certified by INIFAC in culture facilitation and workplace assessments and previously served as a consultant at Veritas Culture, where he led culture-focused transformation efforts for large, complex organizations.

Gregory earned a bachelor's degree in political science/pre-law from Central State University, where he was an INROADS scholar, and holds a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School with a concentration in employment law. He achieved the CALI Award for excellence in jurisprudence.
