Restrictions Under the Terms of Use

Unless explicitly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent, you agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Database or its content without appropriate attribution to the Database, NREL, and NAATBatt;

• Use the Database for any illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose, including using the Database to stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others, including without limitation others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity;

• Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any attribution, trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Database, including any copy thereof;

• Use data scraping tools, bots, or automated systems to access, extract, or download data from the Database; or

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Database, or any features or functionality of the Database, to any third party for compensation or for commercial purpose

• All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by us.
