These are things we have learned to not take for granted as we get older… wiser.

Right now, Colombia is in the midst of a historical transformation.

Faced with unpredictable droughts and intensifying weather events, we must fortify our energy systems while increasing our economic resilience.

In order to have the impact we desire, we need to foster collaboration, maintain a skilled workforce, diversify our energy portfolio,
and prepare for change.

is aimed to empower our people, bolster our economy, and promote peace within our nation.

Focusing on grid modernization, capacity building, gender inclusivity, and community engagement, we will create a more sustainable and resilient energy future.

By providing accessible and exciting career paths that help us tackle our county’s most

pressing energy issues, we will be building a “workforce of the future”.
