Know an influential U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon^® alum or faculty advisor who has impacted the clean energy economy? Nominate them for the Solar Decathlon Richard King Award by Feb. 1, 2023!

Awardees will be selected based on their contributions to the transition to a clean energy economy and demonstrated dedication to at least one edition of the Solar Decathlon.

The winners in each category—Faculty Advisor and Alum—will be recognized during the Solar Decathlon Competition event, April 20–23, 2023, at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado (virtual participation options also available).
