News Release: 2022 NREL Industry Growth Forum Presenters Will Pitch to Motivated Cleantech Investors
The U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) announced today the list of 40 presenters for the 2022 NREL Industry Growth Forum (IGF). The selected companies represent a wide range of clean and sustainable technology startups from around the world. This is the 27th year of the event, which is set for April 13–14 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.
“We’re delighted with this year’s slate of presenters,” IGF Program Manager Sheila Ebbitt said. “They represent cleantech startups with high potential, and we can’t wait for them to pitch to the investors and other market experts.”
The forum is a one-of-a-kind opportunity in the cleantech space as the premier event for cleantech entrepreneurs, investors, and experts from industry and the public sector to build relationships, showcase innovative technologies, and identify disruptive business solutions. NREL facilitates connections between cutting-edge startups and motivated investors to drive innovation to market for impact.
“This is the nation’s premier clean energy investment forum. We’re so honored to have this year’s group of presenters, and we believe these meetings will result in strong partnerships that help drive new technology into the market. This is always our goal, and it’s important we are always working to make a difference,” Ebbitt said.
NREL selected this year’s presenters from 157 applicants, ranging from agriculture innovation to grid technology, who come from locations all over the globe, including India, the Netherlands, and Norway. More than 100 investors could hold up to 1,300 meetings during the two-day event.
