Research Participant Program internships are open to undergraduate and graduate students interested in gaining valuable mentoring experience, participating in the lab's research and development programs, and establishing ongoing collaborations.

Eligibility
All interns can be enrolled as part-time students if they are in the final term of their degree program.
Undergraduate Interns
Eligible applicants:
- Have successfully completed at least 1 year of academic coursework
- Should be enrolled full time in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited institution
- Should plan to continue full-time education the following term
- Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for all completed courses.
Graduate Interns
Eligible applicants:
- Should be enrolled full time in a graduate, master's, or doctoral program (or enrolled part time if in the final term of their degree program)
- Should plan to continue full-time in the following term
- Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for all completed courses
- Can participate while enrolled in a doctoral program until they earn their degrees.
Hours
During the academic year, undergraduate interns can work a maximum of 25 hours per week, and graduate interns can work a maximum of 30 hours per week.
During summer and breaks and after completing their undergraduate degree program, interns can work 40 hours per week.
