Advisory Committees

Advanced Research for Integrated Energy Systems (ARIES) oversight and management is a coordinated effort among a steering committee, advisory boards, and R&D subcommittees for research and governance.

Steering Committee

The ARIES Steering Committee comprises the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and NREL executive leadership. This committee meets quarterly and has oversight of and responsibility for ARIES R&D management, research impact, and financial and business practices.
