Victoria (Vickie) Healey is a project leader in the Integrated Applications Center at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Vickie manages the Clean Energy Solutions Center, (Solutions Center), an initiative of the Clean Energy Ministerial. The Solutions Center provides resources, training, and technical assistance services to policy makers and practitioners. These services help governments around the world create policies, regulations, and programs to advance the distribution and use of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. Vickie also leads projects focused on creating gender neutral policy directives and regulatory environments that support gender balance and equity in the clean energy sector.
