Patrick Gibbs is a researcher with the Community Energy Transitions group in the Accelerated Deployment and Decision Support Center. His work focuses on assisting communities in planning their transition to clean energy across NREL’s different technical assistance programs. His core activities include research, analysis, and support of community energy planning to assist in community-based energy decisions.
