Kiersten Kelley is a Technical Project Manager with the Strategic Policy & Initiatives group in the Accelerated Deployment and Decision Support Center. She primarily supports the DOE’s Weatherization Assistance Program. Kiersten has a decade of industry experience building, repairing, and weatherizing affordable housing, including building new energy-efficient homes, managing teams repair programs for low-income homeowners, and developing aging-in-place home modification programs.
