Jennifer Selvidge joined NREL in June 2022. She currently works as a postdoctoral researcher in the Materials, Chemical, and Computational Science directorate. Her research focuses on III-V thermophotovoltaic systems and cost reduction for traditional III-V solar with an emphasis on processing and packaging development. Before working at NREL, she did her graduate work at University of California, Santa Barbara working with John Bowers and Kunal Mukherjee on improving reliability of epitaxially integrated III-V on silicon lasers for data center applications.
