Senior Project Leader - Financing


Since joining NREL in August 2009, Edward led the advisory team for the US Department of the Treasury’s Section 1603 cash grant program—the most successful public-private partnership government policy initiative for altering the energy landscape, with over $25 billion in Treasury incentives reflecting more than $90 billion of combined public-private investment and 33 GW of new power generating capacity. Edward also led the advisory team for the Department of the Interior’s remote community renewable energy microgrid project.

He has more than 25 years of experience providing leadership and advisory services to investors, lenders, and developers in the energy business; and transaction due diligence on more than $100 billion in power generation, petroleum refining, and related energy infrastructure projects.
