Dan is a High Performance Computing (HPC) User Operations support technician. While no day is quite typical, his duties generally include triage of user support requests, incident commander for system outages, resource management system development (Lex), and a variety of supporting (backup) roles. He is also currently leading the HPC User training effort to create and deliver training content and maintains CMS web content.
