Chris joined NREL in January 2017 as a project support for the Residential Buildings Research Group. She was responsible for coordinating/processing deliverables and monitoring the peer review process, quad charts, and AOP monthly report, along with several other support projects.

In her new position, she will be a project administrator, primarily supporting collegiate-focused competition projects managed within NREL's Integrated Application Center. Chris will assist with planning, coordinating, implementing, and assessing project activities according to project objectives and deadlines, while keeping project milestones/deliverables on time and within budget. Chris has been a part of the Race to Zero Student Design Competition for the past 2 years.

Prior to her current position at NREL, Chris worked at St. Anthony Hospital and at her own graphic design business. She has custom-built two homes and renovated three, including one for the American Lung Association, and she was a lead graphic designer for PricewaterhouseCoopers, among other careers.
