Carey Baker serves as business support for Hydropower and Water Systems Deployment. She has a master’s degree in social work from Howard University and volunteers at UniteWomen.org as their national director of social media.

Carey grew up on a farm near Moorhead, Minnesota, and currently lives in Denver. She is very excited to be a part of the NREL team and to be supporting the work being done to fight climate change. Her interests are reading, watching TV, snowboarding, hiking, and golfing.
