Anelia Milbrandt is a member of the Resources and Sustainability Group in the Strategic Energy Analysis Center, where she focuses on evaluating biomass resources and their energy potential. She leads NREL’s efforts related to Waste-to-Energy resources, including analyses on their availability, competing uses, economic potential, and market opportunities. Anelia also leads NREL’s activities related to analyzing biogas/renewable natural gas production potential from resource, energy, and market perspective. She has considerable experience in managing projects and programs related to renewable energy development in the United States and abroad.
