Andrew (Andy) is a project manager in the Strategy, Policy and Implementation Group in the Accelerated Deployment and Decision Support Center. Andy has previously worked on projects for several international donors, including the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet, Shell Foundation, United Nations Development Programme, and the Green Climate Fund (GCF). These projects have included developing solar microgrids and electric cooking projects in Haiti and South Sudan, research on the intersection of climate change and conflict, developing frameworks for estimating impacts of global distributed energy resource projects, and providing technical assistance for GCF projects in Senegal, Haiti, Micronesia, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Jordan, and Eswatini.
