Alexandra Kramer is a researcher with the Integrated Decision Support (IDS) group in the Accelerated Deployment and Decision Support Center. Her work focuses on energy equity, barriers to clean energy adoption, the clean energy workforce, and a just energy transition. Alexandra provides decision-making support, technical support and coordination support to various community-led initiatives including the Solar Energy Innovation Network (SEIN) and the Clean Energy to Communities Program (C2C). She also has professional experience in energy and sustainability consulting and in university energy institutes. Alexandra is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
