Mark Ruth is the Project Leader of the Strategic Energy Analysis Center.

Mark's key focus is to develop a tool to analyze energy systems integration (ESI) concepts at the distribution level. The tool development will focus on retail market structures and how energy producers and users will interact with those markets. The intent is to understand how market structures and technology penetration will affect energy use by retail and commercial consumers. The model will include technology integration and innovation options and be linked to the cyber/physical model layers being developed within ESI/PSEC.
