Juliette Ugirumurera is a computational scientist with NREL’s Computational Science Center. She researches parallel computing methods for the simulation and optimization of large-scale transportation systems. Previously, at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, she developed high-performance computing algorithms and simulation for large-scale traffic assignment problems. While working on her doctorate, she developed models and algorithms for electric vehicle grid planning.
