Jianli Chen joined NREL in 2018. His research focuses on grid interactive building, large scale building load simulation, and application of artificial intelligence for building smartness. Prior to joining NREL, Jianli was a graduate researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology where he worked on developing intelligent building control and utilization of natural ventilation for building energy efficiency.
