Jessica joined NREL in 2019 as a Business Support II professional working in the Integrated Applications Center supporting the Applied Engineering and the Modeling and Analysis groups.
Jessica has experience in environmental consulting, international development, and non-profit community engagement. Prior to joining NREL, Jessica worked with The World Bank Group as a specialist in their Pollution Management and Environmental Health Sector to generate website material for public viewing. She also spent time working as an Environmental Scientist I at an environmental consulting firm. Jessica currently operates as the founder and manager of a non-profit seeking to benefit street children in Kenya where she is attempting to build a net-zero school. In addition, Jessica serves as a mentor for Grab The Torch, a non-profit providing women education in community leadership.
