PV Reliability Workshop
This workshop is planned in partnership with Sandia National Laboratories and Brookhaven National Laboratory.
NREL hosts an annual Photovoltaic Reliability Workshop (PVRW) so that solar technology experts can share information leading to the improvement of PV module reliability. Such improvement reduces the cost of solar electricity and promotes investor confidence in the technology—both critical goals for moving PV technologies deeper into the electricity marketplace.
The 2017 Photovoltaic Reliability Workshop (PVRW) will be held Tuesday, February 28, to Thursday, March 2, at the Lakewood Denver West Sheraton, which is near the National Renewable Energy Laboratory's research campus. A draft agenda is available. These events are unique in the requirement that every organization share a presentation (oral or poster). Submit your title and short abstract. Direct questions to Sarah Kurtz. If an abstract has already been submitted from your organization, complete your registration on the site by paying the registration fee. Please submit your late news abstract by Feb. 17, 2017. The registration fee will increase after Feb. 1, 2017.
The 2016 PVMRW was held from Tuesday, February 23, to Thursday, February 25. The venue was the Denver West Sheraton in Lakewood, Colorado. A schedule is available. The proceedings are in process for posting.
