Kestrel Update

The Kestrel team has been working hard with HPE to complete the install and thorough testing of Kestrel, and we are now in the last phase of Acceptance Testing. We will soon begin preparing the user environment and the final steps towards getting Kestrel ready for general availability. We expect to start on-boarding some projects and users in mid August, to shake out any remaining issues with the system and then have general availability in late August. Stay tuned for updates!
