Jacob Hinkle is a postdoctoral researcher at the Computational Science Center.

His research involves the statistical study of geometric structures derived from imaging data. Among other things, he will be working with Dr. Bryon Donohoe and Dr. Peter Ciesielski in the Biosciences group at NREL to analyze the geometry and distribution of cellulose fibers using 3D electron miscroscopy.
