Carin Casso Reinhardt — Chief Human Resources Officer

Carin Casso Reinhardt guides NREL's strategy for recruitment, development, and retention of the workforce needed to successfully execute our vision for the long term.

Her extensive career as a human resources (HR) leader includes nearly two decades at ASRC Federal Holding Company. ASRC Federal is a diverse contracting services firm operating in the technology, engineering, sciences, and professional services business spaces for federal government customers. ASRC Federal's key customers include DOE, NASA, the Department of Defense, and all U.S. military branches. Reinhardt began her career there as a senior HR manager and advanced to the role of HR vice president, responsible for 7,000 employees around the globe.

Most recently, she served as HR vice president at Kroenke Sports and Entertainment, a diverse holding company of 3,000 employees with businesses operating in professional sports, broadcast media, sales, retail, entertainment, hospitality, and commercial real estate.

Reinhardt holds numerous HR certifications and affiliations, including the University of Michigan’s Certified Labor Relations Professional certification, executive counsel membership in ASRC’s Woman in Leadership Networking Committee, executive board membership in the American Heart Association of Colorado, and community leader council member for Metropolitan State University.

She holds bachelor's degrees in political science and history from the University of New Mexico.
