Andy Walker, PhD, PE, is an expert in energy efficiency and renewable energy systems on buildings. His experience includes serving as technology manager for the DOE Federal Energy Management Program, and task leader for the Residential Homebuilder Program (Building America) and the Exemplary Buildings Program.
