Sandra Loi is a project leader for Clean Cities at NREL where she coordinates outreach activities to Clean Cities coordinators and stakeholders across the country.
Johanna Levene is a senior applications engineer at NREL, where she specializes in transforming the transportation market by building Web-based tools that promote alternative fuels and advanced vehicles.
