Clean Energy Policy Analyses Technical Committee
NREL's Clean Energy Policy Analyses (CEPA) Technical Committee defines what data would help U.S. states create effective policies and how to provide that information. The voluntary committee consists of representatives from the following organizations:
- National Association of State Energy Officials
- National Conference of State Legislatures
- Clean Energy States Alliance
- Environmental Council of States
- National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners
- U.S. Department of Energy
- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
