How to check the status of time synchronization
- Open the "Date and Time" as described above.
- Select the "Internet Time" tab.
- A message should appear below the server field indicating the last successful or unsuccessful time synchronization and the time for next synchronization.
- Note:Windows XP time synchronization does not perform as well as Windows 2000 and may only maintain the PC clock to within ±30 seconds, if higher accuracy is required, then an alternative software such as SymmTime is recommended.
Notice: SRRL's NTP Server is only available to NREL Users.
