Lodging and transportation information is provided for out-of-town InterLab attendees.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Denver Marriott West in Golden, Colorado.

Room rate: Currently $141.00 per night, or current government per diem rate.

Reservation deadline: Friday, October 14, 2011. After that date we will be unable to guarantee rate or availability.

Getting Around During the Workshop

Monday workshops are located at the NREL Research Support Facility (RSF). See the Monday agenda.

Workshop activities for Tuesday — Thursday will be held at the Marriott.

For the Tuesday Night Out at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, we are providing one shuttle service from the Marriott to the museum and back. You are welcome to use the shuttle or your own transportation. Shuttle details will be provided at the event, or check the event page for updates.

Other evening events are on your own, and transportation will not be provided.

Car Rental

Numerous car rental agencies are located on Level 5 of the Denver International Airport (DIA) terminal. Shuttle buses for all rental companies pick up and drop off patrons on both the east and west sides of the terminal on Level 5.

Airport Shuttle

The SuperShuttle provides shuttle service between NREL and DIA. At DIA, the SuperShuttle counter is located in the middle of the baggage terminal, underneath the "Ground Transportation" sign. Reservations can be made at 1-800-258-3826 (303-370-1300).
