  • Physical modeling of enzymatically controlled chemical and electron transfer reaction
  • Complex electronic structure, particularly of enzymatic iron-containing cofactors involved in electron transfer
  • Biomass structure and deconstruction
  • Thermodynamic/kinetic modeling of metabolism for HPC simulation and optimization
