Organizational Objectives – Analysis

The Clean Energy States Alliance, or CESA, is a multi-state coalition of clean energy funds working together to develop and promote clean energy technologies and to create and expand the markets for these technologies. CESA is a nonprofit organization that provides information and technical services to these funds and serves to coordinate their common goals. These state clean energy funds have come to recognize the benefits of joint activities that both advance their individual missions and leverage significant economic advantages through collaboration.
